Do I need WiFi for a robotic mower?
No. All Navimow models use cellular (4G) connectivity — they work even without home WiFi. Yarbo uses RTK-GPS which is also independent of your home network. WiFi is only needed for initial setup.
What happens when it rains?
Navimow models are IPX6 rated (waterproof). They'll keep mowing in light rain. In heavy storms, the rain sensor sends them back to the charging station automatically. Yarbo is similarly weather-resistant.
Do I need to bury a perimeter wire?
No. Every model we sell is wire-free. They use RTK satellite navigation, Vision AI, or LiDAR to know their boundaries. No digging, no wires, no hassle.
How often do blades need replacing?
Every 2-3 months during mowing season, depending on usage. A blade kit costs $15-30 and takes 5 minutes to swap. Our service plans include blade replacements.
Can it handle my slopes?
Most likely, yes. Use our property assessment tool to check your terrain. The X430 handles 84% slopes, Yarbo handles 70%, and the TerraNox handles 40° grades.
What's included with installation?
RTK base station setup, boundary mapping, zone configuration, charging station placement, firmware updates, and full training on the app. We test-run the mower on your property before we leave.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Finance any purchase through Affirm — apply in seconds, split into 3, 6, or 12 monthly payments. We also offer a Mowing-as-a-Service contract at $0.20/sqft per year with no equipment purchase needed.
What if I buy the wrong model?
We offer a 30-day full trade-in guarantee. If the mower isn't right for your property, trade it in for full purchase value toward any other model. No restocking fees.
