Perfect Mower Guarantee
We stand behind every mower we sell. If the mower you purchased is not the right fit for your property, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery for full purchase credit toward a different model. No questions asked.
Robotic Mower Exchanges
Our Perfect Mower Guarantee covers all robotic mower purchases with the following terms:
- 30-day exchange window -- you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange
- Full credit toward another model -- your original purchase price is applied as credit toward any other mower we carry
- No cash refunds -- exchanges are for store credit or a different model only; we do not offer cash or credit card refunds on mower purchases
- Working condition required -- the mower must be returned in working condition, with all included accessories, free from damage beyond normal wear from use
- One exchange per purchase -- the guarantee covers one exchange per original purchase
Installation Fees
Professional installation fees are non-refundable. Installation involves labor, site assessment, RTK base station setup, boundary mapping, and configuration specific to your property. If you exchange a mower for a different model, a new installation fee will apply for the replacement unit.
Accessories and Parts
Accessories and replacement parts (blades, bumpers, charging stations, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original, unopened packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. Defective products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in filing a warranty claim and coordinating a repair or replacement with the manufacturer (Segway/Navimow, Yarbo, etc.). Smart Lawn NY is an authorized dealer, not the manufacturer, and warranty terms are set by the manufacturer.
Service Plan Cancellation
- Within 30 days -- annual service plans may be cancelled within the first 30 days for a pro-rated refund based on services not yet rendered
- After 30 days -- no refund is available for the remainder of the service period
Mowing-as-a-Service (MaaS) Cancellation
- 30 days written notice required for MaaS contract cancellation
- All Smart Lawn NY equipment must be returned in working condition
- Any outstanding balance must be paid in full
- No refund for the current billing period after the 30-day notice window
