Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within Westchester County and Putnam County when paired with professional installation. Delivery is coordinated with your installation appointment so your mower arrives ready to be set up on the same visit.

Shipping to Other Locations

For deliveries outside of Westchester and Putnam County, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping costs will vary based on the product, destination, and carrier rates. We will provide a quote before processing your order.

Delivery Timeline

We will contact you with a confirmed delivery or pickup date after your order is placed. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline.

Professional Installation Scheduling

If you purchase professional installation, we will schedule your appointment within 2 weeks of purchase, weather permitting. Installation appointments are typically available Monday through Saturday.

To prepare for your installation:

What to Expect on Installation Day

  1. Site assessment -- we will walk the property to confirm the best zones, charging station location, and any obstacles
  2. RTK base station setup -- positioning the reference station for centimeter-accurate navigation
  3. Boundary mapping -- mapping your lawn perimeter and any exclusion zones (gardens, pools, play areas)
  4. Charging station installation -- placing and securing the dock with cable routing
  5. Configuration and test run -- setting mowing schedules, zones, cutting height, and running a full test cycle
  6. Training -- walking you through the app, controls, maintenance, and troubleshooting basics

A typical installation takes 1-3 hours depending on the property size and complexity.

Delivery Damage

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product:

We will coordinate a replacement or repair at no additional cost for items damaged during delivery.

Order Tracking

For shipped orders, we will provide tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. For local deliveries, we will contact you directly to confirm your delivery window.
